Charity
Sandy Hook
Tim knew he had to do something after the events in Newtown, CT where 23 children and 3 school staff were killed. The families needed to take control of their narrative, have a distraction, and tell the country to take action to prevent gun violence. He assembled a group of 23 classmates to record a song. His friends from the Talking Heads, Chris & Tina, offered their home studio. Ingrid Michaelson lead with vocals and her ukulele. Over the Rainbow briefly reached #1. The students went on Good Morning Americ then to open Super Bowl XLVII before disbanding 30 days later to heal.

30 Years
NBA Finals to the Academy Awards
Tim Hayes has been at this for a long time. He promoted and produced his first concert while a sophomore in college. That show was Voivod with Soundgarden and Faith No More as the openers at the 350 person capacity club . Tim had $1,000 in cash and a $2,000 limit on a credit card. He convinced the agent to take the $1,000 and the club to use his credit card as a guarantee that they would ring up a "bar charge" if the sales fell short. The room had 500+ people inside. He soon left for Milwaukee to be a full time promoter. From there he went on to be work for Frank Barcelona at premier Talent and then as network TV broadcast executive.

Values
Let's Work Together - Bring Your Family
I treat every project like my family is watching. Often times they are nearby. They hear me on the phone. They see me on-site and they watch the way I interact with staff, clients, vendors, and the public. Please say hello to anyone under the age of 15 who is wearing a Productions NY crew t-shirt at the event or in the hanger. They should be eager to help you (or at least use a radio to find someone who can.)
