Race Management 

We were proud to be the official race management company for the Consumer Electronic 5K Fun Run at CES in 2019. Our international sports management team provides turnkey race management, timing services, and street closure permits. We offer personalized attention for each community with a dedicated race director to help you succeed.  

Sample Race Timing Options:


Chip timing methods are available for all races over 250 finishers or upon request.

  • Meet or phone conference with Race director(s) to consult over event details including course 

  • Develop a race application and set up online registration with a published individual race website

  • Online Registration set-up and management

  • Promote your race event in 40+ running & fitness websites

  • Provide bib numbers and safety pins for preregistered and day of registration

  • Data entry of preregistered runners printed and labeled on each complimentary bib number

  • Race day data entry

  • Marking of course, including mile marks and directional arrows

  • Training of registration volunteers and race marshals

  • Set up finish chute with large display clock. (mile mark clocks also available)

  • Amplified announcements and music upon request

  • Results preliminary and final printed within a timely manner

  • Electronic files of race results emailed to race director

  • Results posted immediately after the last finisher on site

  • Race plugs and start of race pictures for your social media

  • Post-race report giving constructive feedback for future races

We offer a Race Marketing Packages with the goal of growing your race!  Some of these services include: 

  • Race listing on local running club/store and event websites (>35 sites)

  • Provide a cover letter template and contact information for all local running stores within a 30 mile radius of your event

  • Roadside promotional race signs  

  • Targeted Social Media  blast to local runners in your area, about 1 month out from race date or at the discretion of the race director.

  • Suggest other ‘grassroots’ strategies that have historically worked to get people to your event
